Shipping

Order processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated standard delivery to the United States: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided when the order ships. International delivery times vary by destination.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders over US$38. Shipping costs for orders below the threshold, or for destinations not eligible for free shipping, are displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $38.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping all over the world.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@sparkzene.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Tracking information is sent manually or, if shipping was purchased through Shopify, tracking information is sent directly from Shopify.

Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remainingitems are produced and shipped directly from our ownfactories located in the United States, Canada and Australia.
